I had a wonderful stay at The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins in Melbourne. The location is fantastic, right opposite Southern Cross station, which made traveling around the city very easy. While the room was beautifully clean and stylish, I did encounter minor issues with the breakfast options not varying much during my stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service and beautiful decor.

My room was on the 9th floor, quiet, and tastefully decorated with lovely touches. It featured a comfortable bed, large TV, and a clean bathroom with a walk-in shower. However, I found the bathroom toiletries a bit cumbersome as they were fastened to the wall, which was frustrating.

The staff were professional and very helpful. Ashleigh at check-in made the process quick and easy, and Laura was patient as I tried to handle my boarding passes. The 24-hour reception was also a plus since I checked in late.
